LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has filed a motion for a hearing Friday before Judge Michael Sauer to argue that LA Sheriff's Department disobeyed the judge's direct orders that Paris Hilton would not receive special treatment.

Unbelievable. In a nation that preaches equality and justice, in a nation that detains thousands of individuals annually on false charges, the goddesses of pop culture are lifted up as such. If 12 million children can live orphaned or impoverished on the African continent, Paris can spend a month behind bars.

I really hate to agree with Al Sharpton, but he's right, in this instance.
The only reason she got let out was because she's rich, white, female, and famous.

This only underscores the fact that the US is truly a plutocracy. The checks and balances that were once in place by our constitution are commodities when the price is right. Democracy has fallen to pieces, given the judicial branch has become such a joke in light of such high-profile cases against the wealthy: OJ, Paris, Jackson...Phil Spector might be the nail in the coffin. Nothing will change, though. Why would anyone peel themselves away from their plasma/LCD/HD screens to affect the world they live in? The realities of the media are so much more shiny and pretty than our own....
send her back to jail, or like in most states, have her go thru a boot camp thing and lets have that televised so we can watch her cry like a little stupid spoiled whore. She can make money off the show and we would be entertained. Thats what i call a fair deal

I say double her original sentence just for trying this BS. You know what? Take away the special privileges she was getting, too. No more panic button, no more body-guards. Drop her in with the 25-life crowd and let them straighten her out. And while we're at it, charge her all relevant court fees to reimburse the public for having to waste our tax dollars on her spoiled tantrum. Why does it seem to be a standard in this country that if your wealthy you get away with any crime or punishment (almost any). Theres thousands of people in jail (LA Co alone) who are not haveing the best time there (well some) so they should get out as well, after having a psyche evaulation. Oh wait theres a flaw with that plan. They're not rich, and not a blonde haired blue eyed,spoiled brat, white girl. Send her ass back to jail and make her do the time.

I would like to get my hands on her and take her out in the wilderness for 45 days,and and run her through a survival school type of setting....maybe the little rich bitch would learn that she isn't any better than any one else...and all of the crying and carrying on wouldn't get her any where..she wouldn't be able to call her high paid Dr's and lawyers to help her..she would have to learn to depend on her self for every thing....her money and looks wouldn't do her a bit of good out there.....she would learn to do what it takes to survive or she would die...if she lived,maybe then when she came home she would be a better person.....but we can only hope.......Dusty............
